Synopsis
Under the leadership of Jean-Louis, a cunning and depressive property manager, the owners of the apartments at 28, rue des Oursins in Paris, clash with each other. An initial rift separates them : inhabitants of the building or mere property owners. Subsequent divisions follow the individual interests that confound any difference in age, origin and affinity, yet at the end of an often stormy debate, a majority must come to the fore: the majority.
