Severin Fiala




Severin Fiala was born in Vienna in 1985, and has been watching, writing and making films since the age of 11. The yield so far includes: six oil films a train film and an "Elephant Hide" (2009, codirected with Ulrike Putzer). And, for the first time co-directing with Veronika Franz, the feature documentary "Kern" about the legendary Austrian hyphenate Peter Kern (2012). Formerly with the Vienna Film Academy, but still with the Red Cross.
