Gett receives 12 Ophir award nominations

Including Best Israeli Film

Gett, the Trial of Viviane Amsalem received nominations in all the major categories: Best Feature Film, Best Director, Best Actress (Ronit Elkabetz), Best Actor (Menashe Noy), and Best Supporting Actor (Sasson Gabai). 
The Ophir winner for best film is generally Israel’s submission for the Best Foreign Film Oscar nomination.
Results to be announced at the Ophir Awards ceremony, on September 21 in Ashdod.
